Forget Me Not, the Cancer League, Inc.’s cookbook, is full of over 300 delectable recipes ranging from appetizers to desserts. Each recipe has been hand-selected, where excellence is the criterion. Many recipes include moving dedications and messages which recall fond memories of loved ones. Some of the dedications are to those who are cancer survivors or have lost their life to this disease The “Forget Me Not” cookbook was created in an effort to remember, celebrate and honor those people who have been memorable in our lives and have brought us much joy and love. Many of our treasured times are when we are gathered around the table sharing a meal together. We hope you enjoy our cookbook. Catherine M. Watters was born in Paris, where her love of art and flowers began.  She has been a botanical artist for l6 years, has illustrated 5 books and exhibits her work in several juried shows each year. Catherine is a Botanical Art instructor at Filoli in Woodside, Ca., and is an artist for the Filoli Florilegium. She also teaches classes in the San Francisco Bay Area and serves on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Botanical Artists. Catherine leads garden tours in the Normandy region of France in the summer and lectures regularly on French gardens and Botanical Art.  She lives in Orinda, Ca. with her husband and has two sons in college.
